Time for a Do Over

So day one was a toughy!

To set the scene, I work at a school camp as an activity instructor.

It's one of those camps where schools come for a few days at a time, we house them, feed them, clean up after them and take them on all sorts of FUN activities.

One of the GREAT things about my job is the FOOD, and it is AMAZEBALLS. But, I need to practice restraint because I know exactly how much sugar is in the slice we serve, and let me tell you, there's a lot.

Lucky for me, we didn't serve slice on the first day, but instead WE SERVED APPLE CRUMBLE CAKE.. Like SERIOUSLY? The one day I truly want to stand by Junk Free and they bring this out... So I relapsed at 12:30pm.. and had half a piece (better than a whole one right?).

Can't quit now! Eat clean get lean!..

That's all for now,
